1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to Backstage Mastermind Phuket ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat availability is limited to 100 total seats, of which 15 are designated VIP.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your ticket is confirmed upon successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or change of plans.

We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, please see the Credit and Transfer policies below.

3. Credit Policy

If a similar future event is held by the organiser (Max Chernov / Backstage Mastermind), ticket holders who were unable to attend the original event may request a credit to apply toward that future event. Credit requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 7 days before the original event date.

No promise is made regarding future event dates, formats, or availability. Credit is offered as a goodwill gesture and is subject to the organiser's discretion.

4. Transfer Policy

Ticket transfers to another person are permitted up to 30 days before the event (i.e., on or before 7 May 2026). To request a transfer, contact us at [email protected] with the name, email, and contact details of the new ticket holder. Transfers requested after this date may not be accommodated.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, guest participants, schedule, or venue. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled entirely by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified and offered a credit toward a future event. No cash refunds will be issued in this scenario.

6. Privacy & Contact Information

By submitting the early bird form or purchasing a ticket, you consent to being contacted by the organiser (Max Chernov / Backstage Mastermind) regarding the event, logistics, and related communications. Your contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of the event organisation.

WhatsApp and email may be used for event coordination, pre-event briefings, and post-event follow-up.

7. Conduct & Recording

All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional standard of conduct throughout the event. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or acts in a manner deemed inappropriate.

The event is not recorded. Attendees may not record sessions without explicit written consent from the organiser and all participants in the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

Backstage Mastermind and its organiser are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, travel costs, accommodation costs, or consequential damages arising from attendance at or inability to attend the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, visa, insurance, and accommodation arrangements.
